This award is given to the Allied Agent that provides outstanding customer experience and shows growth in all aspects of their moving business. Qualifying Agents must have excellent quality and QSA scores along with a superior CSA/Safety score. The winning Agent must also demonstrate a growth in both booking and hauling volume year over year.
Siracusa is the only Allied agent to win “Agent of The Year” two consecutive years. In total, Siracusa has been awarded this prestigious award, an unprecedented seven times, in 2003, 2005, 2008, 2011, 2012, 2018, and 2020.
