Award Winning Connecticut
Agent for Allied Van Lines

At Siracusa Moving & Storage, we’re proud to shine a spotlight on the people who drive our success. This month, we’re excited to highlight Roger Sorhagen, our Vice President of National Account Sales, whose passion for customer satisfaction and unmatched industry experience make him a vital part of the Siracusa team.

A Lifetime of Experience

Roger joined Siracusa five years ago, bringing with him an extraordinary career that spans more than 50 years in national account household goods, including 40 years running his own company. His deep understanding of the relocation industry and longstanding relationships across the sector have made a tremendous impact since his arrival.

A Relationship-Driven Leader

When asked what he enjoys most about his role, Roger doesn’t hesitate: “I love building relationships with decision makers and enhancing the transferees’ relocation experience.” His passion for delivering high-quality, personalized service shines through in every interaction. Roger also emphasizes the unique team dynamic at Siracusa: “The Siracusa team is all hands-on and totally committed to the highest level of satisfaction.”

A Standout Moment

One of Roger’s favorite parts of the job is seeing the results of the team’s hard work. “Being flooded every day by completed performance reports from transferees, with nearly an 85% survey response rate and overwhelmingly positive feedback, is incredibly rewarding,” he shares. It’s a clear reflection of the excellence Siracusa brings to every move.

Life Beyond the Office

Outside of work, Roger’s passion continues—just in a different arena. A lifelong equestrian, he’s spent years riding, teaching, and training horses in multiple disciplines, including dressage and three-day “eventing”. His commitment to mastery and connection, whether in the saddle or with customers, is a hallmark of who he is.

We’re grateful to have Roger as a part of the Siracusa family. His leadership, dedication, and enthusiasm are an inspiration to all of us. Thank you, Roger, for your unwavering commitment to excellence!
