Kim R, Accounts Receivable & Collections Associate

Kim R is Siracusa’s Account Receivable and Collection Associate, and she is a dedicated professional with a wealth of experience in client service and customer relations. Prior to Siracusa, Kim spent a decade with Auto & Boat Relocation Services where she honed her skills as a Client Service manager and Customer Service Representative through demonstrating her commitment to ensuring client satisfaction. In 2022 Kim began her journey with Siracusa, and over the past year and a half she has thrived in her role enjoying the dynamic environment and the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues; who she considers family. Kim especially appreciates the leadership and positive atmosphere that permeates the company. Having the opportunity to assist Siracusa’s corporate customers in finding mutually beneficial solutions is something Kim values most about her job. Kim’s dedication to serving others extends beyond the workplace, as she is an avid volunteer with a passion for supporting animals. At home, Kim shares her life with her Husky, three cats, and her partner of 15 years. Kim finds joy in the simple pleasures of life and the fulfillment that comes from giving back to her community.
